Here in Spain the correct word is "quizá", if you speak the correct language you have to say "quizá".

I've looked for about definitions for these 3 verbs because personally I think that here in Spain we use them as synonyms, here you have the definitions:

Hey, I think that "by" and "near" are almost the same however "by" suggests that the house is right next to the park whereas "near" suggests that it is a bit further away.

Over implies that there is some space between the lamp and the table.
On means that the lamp sits right on the table.
There's alamp over/on the table.
The lamp OVER the table would be the sort that hangs from the ceiling, or might be a flo…
