Guidelines
Ayudamos is an online community primarily for the purpose of bringing people together that want to help each other learn and practice the English and Spanish languages, as well as to become familiar with different countries, customs and cultures. Respecting our guidelines, will allow us to maintain a friendly learning environment.
Nos Ayudamos es una comunidad en línea fundamentalmente con el propósito de reunir a la gente que quiere ayudarse mutuamente a aprender y practicar el inglés y español, así como para conocer diferentes países, costumbres y culturas. Respetando nuestras normas, nos permitirás mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje agradable.
Chat
The purpose of chat is to practice language and to communicate with each other.
-Asking questions in the chat is a quick way to get an answer, but it is better to ask your questions in the forum. You will be able to get more information from a variety of people that way.
-Remember that many young people use the chat. Please refrain from using adult language and profanity.
-Keep in mind that we're a community of many types of people who may have different opinions and beliefs from your own. Please aviod topics that might be offensive to others.
El propósito de chat es practicar idiomas y a comunicarse unos con otros.
-Hacer preguntas en el chat es una forma rápida para obtener una respuesta, pero es mejor hacer tus preguntas en el foro. Así, puedes conseguir más información de una variedad de personas.
-Acuérdate que muchos jóvenes utilizan el chat. Por favor absténgase de usar lenguaje adulto y profano.
-Ten en cuenta que somos una comunidad de muchos tipos de personas que pueden tener opiniones y creencias diferentes que las tuyas. Por favor evita temas que podrían ser ofensivos a los otros.

Choose your username wisely. It is not advisable to use your lastname on your profile.
Please update your profile questions periodically.
Profile photos must be tasteful. (inappropriate dress such as full or partial nudity, consumption of drugs and alcohol is not acceptable.)

- include some type of relevant cultural content such as landmarks or scenery
- do not reflect inappropriate dress such as full or partial nudity, consumption of drugs and alcohol
