help with a messy text

Hi everybody! I´n translating an inform and I´m having problems. I have this text in espanish
El Departamento de Gestión Social de South American Exploración (SAE), presenta a continuación el Plan de Gestión Social para el programa sísmico CPE-8, basado en la reglamentación Colombiana vigente1 al respecto de la exploración sísmica, la política y código de conducta de Relaciones Comunitarias de TALISMAN y las políticas de Relaciones Comunitarias y de Ética Comercial de SAE.
but I´m not sure wich is the best way to put in in english. The best I can do it is this
The Department of Social Management of South American Exploration (SAE), presents the Social Management Plan for the seismic program CPE-8, based on applicable Colombian legislation regarding seismic exploration, the policy and Code of Conduct of TALISMAN´s Community Relations. And SAE´s policies of Community Relations and Commercial Ethics. It still messy, I know. Does somebody have a better idea? How could I write it better?

Not much I can add,Shrek`s translation is good. Maybe I could help with a little punctuation. All nationalalities or languages in English have a capital letter e.g. English,Spanish and German etc. Also we say I`m. Hope it helps. Good luck.

The plan is based on applicable Colombian legislation governing seismic exploration, the policy and Code of Conduct of TALISMAN´s Community Relations, and SAE´s policies for Community Relations and Commercial Ethics.

Permalink Reply by Estavan Sawyer on June 30, 2009 at 5:49am: Another way to begin, which might be a little clearer, might be: The South American Exploration's (SAE) Department of Social Management . . .My thinking is that it is the department that is presenting, not the SAE. Leaving it the way it is, to me, makes it sound as if the SAE is presenting, not the department.
