Do you have suggestions on how to memorize the endings of ar, er and ir verbs?

We started studying this today, we have a test on Wednesday. I have made flash cards but for some reason, I can't seem to memorize this. Thank you for your suggestions.

Well, I think that singing the endings to a tune is helpful in the beginning.

o, as, a, amos, áis, an
o, es, e, emos, éis, en
o, es, e, imos, ís, en

Another thing that is helpful is to look at the similarities.
All of the yo forms end in o.

All of the forms en in an s. The thing that is different is that the a for ar, and e for er and ir.

The él, ella, and Ud. forms are the same as the tú forms, but without the s.

The ellos, ellas, and Uds. forms are the same as the él, ella, and Ud. form, but with an n added to it.

All of the nosotros forms end in "mos" the difference is that ar verbs keep the a, er verbs keep the e, and ir verbs keep the i.

The vosotros forms have the same similarity. They all end in is, and again, ar keeps the a er keeps the e, and ir keeps the i. Something to remember here is that the a, e, and i have accent marks. áis, éis, ís

Er and ir verbs use the same endings except for the nosotros and vosotros forms.

you can practice with these verbs TO DANCE :BAILAR, TO SING:CANTAR TO TALK:HABLAR, TO READ:LEER, TO SEE: VER, TO SMELL:OLER, TO SMILE: REIR, TO LIVE:VIVIR, TO DIE: MORIR. ALL OF THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF INFINITIVE FORMS OF VERBS.I BELIEVE THE BEST WAY TO LEARN THIS IS NOT MEMORIZING BUT BUILDING SENTENCES WITH THAT, SO YOU CAN STUDY IN A FUN WAY.I HAVE THIS IDEA:LOOK FOR IMAGES TO STICK ON THEM THE VERBS WICH MATCH , FOR INSTANCE YOU CAN SEARCH A PHOTO OF A COUPLE DANCING AND STICK ON IT THE VERB TO DANCE WHOSE MEANING IS "BAILAR"AND SO ON. OK? WHEN I WAS A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT I REALIZED MY ROOMMATES COULD NOT LEARN ENGLISH BECAUSE THE GRAMMAR OF SPANISH THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND, MAYBE IS IT THE SAME TROUBLE FOR YOU?IN EASY WORDS :YOU MUST UNDERSTAND VERY WELL YOUR OWN LANGUAGE AND THEN YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER ONE, SPANISH , FRENCH, OR ANY LANGUAGE.OTHER THING I REALIZED IS THAT ONE HAS TO HAVE IN MIND THAT OTHER LANGUAGE IS ANOTHER SYSTEM TO EXPRESS IDEAS AND THAT NEW SYSTEM HAS ITS OWN RULES.CONCLUSION LEARN THE RULES OF SPANISH FOR UNDRSTANDING IT , WRITE IT AND SPEAK IT. I WANT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU WILL BE SURPRISED SPANISH GRAMMAR IS DIFFICULT BUT NO IMMPOSSIBLE,IT IS EASIER ENGLISH ONE, PRONUNCIATION OF SPANISH IS VERY EASY BECAUSE AS YOU WRITE IT YOU PRONOUNCE IT IN MOSTLY OF CASES. VERY DIFFERENT OF ENGLISH.I WILL TRY TO HELP TOU BUT YOU HAVE TO BE CONCISE.SEE YOU.

Brenda I have an Audio program for the verbs that you can listen while travelling and when you have some free time, It helps. I am in the same boat as you.
P.S. I am old to learn and too stubborn to give up. Lets see which one prevails.

Hola Brenda, que tal ? Well Brenda you will be able to learn the conjugations by doing lots of practice...but in a easy way. My profesor is the best profesor in this WORLD ..he told us to use it in all the forms i mean yo, tu, usd ..You can use it for yourself, tu, usd and other forms ..try to use all the conjugations. Remember THERE IS NO SHORTCUTS IN LIFE SO IN THE SPANISH ..QUERIDA you have to practice it . Unless you practice you would not be able to speak it in a long term ...all those shortcuts will remain for short time of span. Believe me.
BEST WISHES
