You use the subject pronouns when they are the SUBJECT of the verb:

I, you, he, she, it, we, they. (yo, tú, él, ella, Ud., nosotros, Uds., ellos, ellas)

You use the possessive when it is something that BELONGS to someone.

My, your, his, her, its, our, their House.
(mi, tu, su, nuestro, vuestro)

You use the object pronouns when the word represented is the OBJECT of something, either the direct object, indirect object of a verb, or the object of a preposition. THIS is where you are going to run into trouble. Most speakers of English have messed this up over time...they seem to think that whenever you have two people, that you must use the subject pronouns, so you keep (increasingly over my adult life) hearing FOR he and I. FOR being an indirect object indicator, you need to use an OBJECT pronoun. (it should be for him and me.) Or Between you and I. Between is a preposition, "you and I" are the object of the preposition, so...correctly...Between you and me. TO she and I....should be to you and me...direct object.

I'm listenning to music now"
"kiss me"
Espero haberte ayudado,

Subject Possessive Object
I --> Yo | My --> Mi/Mis | Me --> Me
You --> Tú | Your --> Tu/Tus | You --> Te
He/She/It --> Él/Ella/"Ello" | His/Her/Its --> Su/Sus | Him/Her/It --> Le
We -->Nosotros/as | Our -->Nuestro/a/os/as | Us --> Nos
You -->Vosotros/as | Your -->Vuestro/a/os/as | You --> Os
They -->Ellos/as | Their --> Suyo/a/os/as | Them --> Les

Subject y Possesive son muy fáciles...
Algunos ejemplos de Object:
Dame ese libro. --> Give me that book.
Danos nuestro dinero. --> Give us our money.
Dales las llaves. --> Give them the keys.

. . . Como mayor diferencia tenemos que siempre van separados del verbo, y no juntos como en castellano ;)

¡Saludos! Y espero haberte ayudado
P.D.: No confundas los Object con los Reflexive.
Reflexive
Myself -->me
Yourself -->te
Himself/Herself/Itself -->se
Ourselves -->nos
Yourselves -->os
Themselves -->se
A pesar de no ser iguales en inglés, en español coinciden con algunos y los diferencias simplemente por que en español van delante del verbo; los Object detrás :P .
