Hola Charly.

As...as es una conjunción comparativa.

Sería algo así como: "tan...como"

Algunos ejemplos:

Your bike is as fast as mine (tu bicicleta es tan rápida/veloz como la mía)

You are not as good as me (tú no eres tan bueno como yo)

En conclusión as...as se utiliza en comparaciones.

Hasta luego.

You can use it to say that two things are similar in that sense.

Ex.:
I'm as tall as you (Soy tan alto como tú) --> Son igual de altos

You're as far as I am from that car. (Estoy tan lejos como tú de ese coche)--> Están a la misma distancia respecto al coche.

I'm sorry for my mistakes :P , and I hope it has helped someone xD
Good bye, and merry Christmas ;)
