is spanish this word"so" have two meanings depending of the context,for example
if "so" goes before of a adjetive means:tan o tanto,but if "so" goes in any sentence it can means that something less in the sentence..a explanation.

Sorry, I don´t understand what you mean.
Do you mean how would we, the Spanish, translate "So, ... I am responding...?: If it´s so, I would say: "Por lo tanto, respondo/estoy respondiendo a alguien que me dijo algo pero al cual realmente no creo ni me importa mucho... y lo digo/lo estoy diciendo en el tono como de que estoy esperando a que él complete la oración..."

Well you can also say something like:
-Y luego...... (for example, when somebody is saying something and they forget it)
- Me decias...
- A poco... (You use it when you are not that interested in the conversation or you don´t care but you want to be polite)
-Juralo!.... (This expresión it´s kind of funny, al least for me, younsters use it a lot when they are interested in the conversation- it could be gossip- but they don´t belive a word they say.)
