Learning a new language is a process that takes time, patience and a lot of perseverance. Sometimes we get frustrated because it feels like we are just "spinning our wheels" and wasting our time. In most cases, we have made improvements, but we can't see any difference. Before long, we feel like it´s a  hopeless cause and we find ourselves spending less and less time and effort working to achieve goals and dreams of becoming bilingual. If we could see improvement, it would be much more rewarding and it would more than likely help us to "stay on track". 

 

The question is: How can we measure our progress in a language?
